Your family must be registered with the parish and this form must be completed each year so that our information will be accurate and up to date.
If your family is not registered, please complete a separate parish registration form.

Fee Schedule for Grades Pre-K – 8:

$50 for 1 child, $100 for 2 children, $150 for 3+ children

In addition to the per child fee:

+ First Communion $50/child

+ Reconciliation $50/child

Confirmation Program (Grade 9 and 10-12)

+ Confirmation Grade 9: $50/teen

+ Confirmation Grades 10-12: $100/teen
